Shipping & Returns

We ship all our products Monday through Friday via USPS and FedEx. Orders placed on a federal holiday will go out the next available business day.
In-stock items ship out 1-3 days after order is received.
We currently ship all our products at the flat rate of $10 for each lamp.
*All orders over $500 qualify for free shipping!
Please note, all delivery times are based on carrier estimates of delivery and cannot be guaranteed by Stella Lighting.
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Stella Lighting is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the value of the order, but not the original shipping costs.
Your ordered items should make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order as it is defective or damaged, we will do what we can to make it better. Defective or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us as long. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
